Urbana submitted and managed a planning application to refurbish and extend the existing hotel which is ideally located less than 100m from ExCeL at the heart of the London Docklands. The project saw the introduction of additional rooms and conferencing facilities for the hotel as well as a new retail unit on the ground floor.
