Representing a key step in the regeneration of the post-industrial area surrounding this site, this PRS scheme will see the delivery of 500 apartments centred around a new public square and a 20-storey tower. This tower will be topped with a unique glazed brick, intimately linking the building to the industrial heritage of the site and representing a striking entrance to the city centre at its key northern gateway.
